T-Mobile will launch the Pulse Mini budget-minded smartphone in the European market sometime in the near future. FYI, the T-Mobile Pulse Mini features a 2.8-inch QVGA, a Qualcomm MSM 7225 processor, and a 3.2-megapixel camera with a built-in LED flash.
