Sony has announced the availability of its latest 10-inch netbook "VAIO M" in the US market. This mini laptop is sold for $379 via TigerDirect and J&R.com. As a quick reminder, the VAIO M is packed with a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 display, an Intel Atom N450 processor, an Intel GMA 3150 graphics card, a 1GB RAM, a 250GB HDD, a webcam, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 6-cell battery and runs on Windows 7 Starter OS.
